fresh blueberries + a delicious and healthy recipe for blueberry oat crisp + the day off work = yummm
Here is the "crisp" part, with lots of oats, brown sugar, butter and flour.

And here are the blueberries cooked up with a little sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch - thick and delicious

The finished product, golden brown and bubbly.

It wasn't too sweet, just crispy, buttery, goey, good.
The fresh whipped cream made it even better.
